Retail Customers:
Order cut off for same day despatch is 1pm QLD time.
When you checkout, the options for shipping are as follows:
Free - Australia Post - Regular: This is the default option. Australia wide standard parcel delivery service. We will automatically opt for 'No Signature Required' upon delivery, however you can request 'Signature Required' in the 'Delivery Instructions' message field in the checkout. Please leave any instructions on where to leave parcels if address unattended at time of delivery. We CAN ship to PO Boxes using this service.
$5 - Australia Post - Express: Guaranteed overnight delivery within the Australia Post Express Delivery Network. You can check the postcode availability for this HERE (Items are shipped from postcode 4127). If you live outside the guarantee network, the express option will still deliver to you via the fastest means possible to Australia Post. We will automatically opt for 'No Signature Required' upon delivery, however you can request 'Signature Required' in the 'Delivery Instructions' message field in the checkout. Please leave any instructions on where to leave parcels if address unattended at time of delivery. We CAN ship to PO Boxes using this service.
$10 Courier Express Shipping: StarTrack Express or TNT. This option CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes. We will automatically opt for 'No Signature Required' upon delivery, however you can request 'Signature Required' in the 'Delivery Instructions' message field in the checkout. Please leave any instructions on where to leave parcels if address unattended at time of delivery. If you do require a signature for your parcel but the address is unattended when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions regarding re-delivery or possible collection.
- If you live in a remote or regional area on a property such as a farm or station where you know couriers do not deliver to, it's usually best to use the address 'Care Of Depot in YOUR TOWN' (eg: if your property is closest to Kingaroy use “Care of Depot Kingaroy”). If you provide a phone number that you are reachable on during business hours the local courier agent will be able call you to advise when they have your parcel and you can arrange with them what the best options are giving local circumstances etc.

Wholesale Customers:
Upon Checkout as a wholesale customer you're given the option for us to provide a shipping quote, or for you to pick up the item from our warehouse.
If you select to GET SHIPPING QUOTE we will pack your order and provide you with the details of the cheapest quote from our range of shipping accounts which are: Star Track Express, Australia Post, Toll Ipec, TNT, Followmont Couriers. If you have a cheaper or preferred quote please advise us after we send you the notification.
If you are on a 30 day account we will send your order via your preferred courier. If you are on a prepaid or are a new account we will require payment of your order including shipping before we send your order. (For new accounts, your first three orders are required to be paid in full before being shipped.)
If you select PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE please ensure that you call us to arrange a time, generally we are here from 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri. However we still require you to make an appointment to ensure successful pick ups, we will not be held responsible for missed pick ups if you have not called ahead.
Time Frame:
Select Preferred Delivery Date: This is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will do our best to arrange for items to be delivered as close as possible to your preferred delivery date, but make no guarantees.
If we receive your order before 1pm QLD time we can usually pack and ship it the same day. If we are exceptionally busy or you place an order after 1pm we will pack and ship your order on the next business day.
We will notify you via email using the email address you supplied at checkout when your order has despatched and we will include the tracking number (connote #) and details so you can follow the shipments progress.
We package your products with the greatest care possible, however we understand that things can go wrong along the way. We will do our best to sort out any issues that may arise from you receiving broken, faulty or defective goods as a result of poor packaging or error on our part. Please contact us immediately if you receive your items and find them to be damaged.
